Two ABA presidents to speak at symposium on the future of legal education
James R. Silkenat, the current president, and William Hubbard, the president-elect of the American Bar Association will both be speaking at next week’s South Carolina Law Review symposium. The symposium examines the future of legal education, and attendees can earn 9.25 MCLE credit hours, including 3.25 LEPR credit hours.



Improve your legal writing
This spring, you can improve your legal writing skills while also earning more than a year’s worth of MCLE credits. On April 23-25, the School of Law will host its inaugural class of the South Carolina Legal Writing Academy. The Academy offers an intensive three-days of interactive instruction and opportunities for participants to practice and to develop their writing skills. Approved for 16.5 MCLE credit hours, including 1.0 LEPR credit hour.
