Prof. Elizabeth Chambliss speaks at Fordham University colloquium

Chambliss-imageOn Friday,  Oct. 16, Prof. Elizabeth Chambliss spoke at a colloquium at Fordham University School of Law titled, “Lawyering in the Regulatory State.”  The colloquium focused on the roles and responsibilities of lawyers who work for administrative/regulatory agencies. Chambliss presented a paper she wrote with Prof. Dana Remus of the University of North Carolina School of Law, called “Nothing Could Be Finer? The Role of Agency General Counsel in North and South Carolina.”
