Drug tester, pharmacist face conspiracy charges, accused of obtaining confidential records

A controversial Charleston drug screener and a Hollywood pharmacist are accused of conspiring to illegally obtain confidential prescription drug records for use in Family Court cases.

State prosecutors say Robert Bennett, who runs West Ashley-based Medical-Legal Services, had pharmacist Timothy Keisler illegally pluck protected prescription records from a restricted state database that tracks the dispensing of powerful narcotics such as Oxycontin, Valium and Percocet. <Read More>
